Using other than your family skins
When attending point you are required to use your family skins. You can't wear other gang skins, civilian skins or VIP skins either.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
• (More than 1) Strike
Crackshooting, Cbugging, Quickswapping
Like at all times while RPing you can't do any of these bugs, it isn't any different in point. Point always lasts to long because people are allowed to QS, meaning they can kill whoever is capping faster and just rape. It also isn't fair for those that can't do it.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
• (If more than 1 player) Strike
Car parking/ramming/heliblading/plane bombing
Car ramming(2x)/parking is not allowed while inside and during point.
Heliblading and plane bombing is also not allowed
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison

Shooting outside point boundaries
Players are not allowed to shoot each other outside the point boundaries. However, if 2 or more players have been fighting each other in a point, you may chase each other outside the boundary until you/they die. (This is to avoid people running in, running out + healing, running in, etc)
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
• (If more than 2 player) Strike
Shooting inside to outside of point boundaries
While being inside of the point, you're not allowed to shoot at the players that are outside of the point boundaries. This applies to chasing as well, if the rival gang member runs out of the point boundaries, you're not allowed to shoot him while you're still inside of the point.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
• (More than 2) Strike
Multicapping, Doublecapping, Lagcapping, Pingspiking
•Multicapping is when two people /capture the point in the same time in case the other dies. However, if this happenes by accident, once one capper has attempted to capture the point the other person must move or be punished.
•Doublecapping is when a family captures a point twice in a row (without other families capturing in between) OR when a family captures 2 active points in the same time, without waiting for one to end.
((If 2 or more points are active in the same time, this needs to be reported to the administrators to fix it, changing the time of the points.))
•Lagcapping is when you have very high ping ((400+)) or very low fps making it hard to hit them.
You also may not turn on any 3rd client program that makes your ping rise (or start downloading torrents, etc.) so you have an advantage at point.
•Pingspiking is when a player attends an active point with high ping 400 +
Punishments:
Lag capping /ping spiking (Intentional or unintentional)

Multi capping/Double capturing
• 10 minutes prison
Shooting before/after point
Point will now officially start (When the yellow message pops up). The point ends when a family successfully captures the point, which takes 10 minutes after /capture. Shooting before point starts or after point ended is punishable.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
• Strike if 2+ members caught
Chicken running
Chicken running is running in circles, zig zagging, or running back and forth to dodge bullets. As it gives you an unfair advantage in gunfights, it is not allowed.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
Melee at point
Hitting with any melee weapon, fists, bat, knife or kick (hitmen shouldn't be a point anyway), etcetera is not allowed as it gives you an unfair advantage.

Animation exploit
- You are strictly not allowed to use animation to avoid /usepot or /usecrack etc.
- You are not allowed to use animation to hide through walls.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison

Alt tabbing at point / Logging to avoid death
- You may not alt-tab while inside point. If you need to go AFK you must exit point boundaries (it also helps you if you /report so admins at point know). If you alt-tab while capping your gang will be punished. Logging to avoid death is strictly not allowed
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison

Mercenaries/Civilians
Mercenaries - Your family may not hire players to join them in point and help them cap. Only your family and alliance may fight in the point together. Also it is forbidden to recruit people while a point is taking place or right before it ( within 20 minutes of point starting ), only to make them help you in point.
Civilians - You may continue to mat run, crack run or any other reason you would be required to enter an active point. However, you do this at you're own risk.
Punishments:
• Strike (Hiring mercenaries or asking civilians to help)
Blocking the capture marker
You may park vehicles near the icon to avoid being shot, but do not park over it to avoid them from doing the /capture command.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
Most Wanted at point
Members of a family that are most wanted (6 stars) are not allowed inside point boundaries. If they are seen inside the point they will be punished.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
Sniping outside point
Sniping outside to inside point is allowed under the following terms.
Only 1 member from each family may snipe at a time.
The people being sniped may run outside of the point and kill the sniper if there is one.
Punishments:
• Both sniper's 10 Minutes Prison
• Strike
Ninja Jacking
This is basically when you jack someone and kill them, this happens on accident sometimes but there is also ways to do this on purpose.
Punishments:
• 10 minutes prison
Ranking up to capture
You're not allowed to rank any member to R5 or R6 just to capture a point.
Punishments:
• 10 minutes prison
• Strike
Ping limit for attending points
If you wish to attend a point, you must have ping of less than 400. If another player notifies you about having a higher ping than that and you notice it's true, you have to leave the point. This rule is related to pingspiking rule.
Punishments:
• 90 Minutes Prison
• Strike if 2+ members caught
Abusing /adjust safe
In case you abuse the command to move your family safe (eg. to move your safe next to a point during it to take pot from it), you will be punished.
Punishments:
• 10 Minutes Prison
