Have lived in Los santos for one year(s) ((level 1+))
You need to know how to use a loaded fire arm.
You need to be able to do extreme evasion when its required.

Do not MG: Meta Gaming, mixing OOC and IC chats together.
Do not PG: Power Gaming, basicly RPing something that you can't do IRL/forcing RP.
Do not KOS: Kill on sight, killing another player just because you see them. EX: Grove Firing at Ballas for no reason at all or without RP.
Do not DM: Death matching killing without a reason at all.
Do not CP: Car Parking, killing another player with a car, or running over them.
